Growing up in Hochiminh- the most active and developing city in Vietnam, Katherine is dynamic, clever and vivacious. She is fancy in hanging out with friends, walking along the beach at dawn, and sightseeing while enjoying her favourite songs through an earphone.
From a career perspective, she comes from a varied background. When studying in Foreign Trade University, Katherine experienced 3 interesting part-time jobs. She used to be a teaching assistant at ILA- The English language training organization where she could assist teachers in the management of students and classroom, plan and deliver well-structured lessons which motivated her students. Next, Katherine landed another part-time job as an intern educational consultant at APOLLO English Center where she siezed an opportunity to lead an intern EC team, hold special events, demo classes and convince parents to let their children study there. Her journey at APOLLO spent nearly 2 years, then she ended up and secured a position as an assistant of HR manager in TCB Inc which provides services to the Internet community as well as computer products and properties.
After experiencing quite many jobs, Katherine somehow ended up at QV Trans’s doorstep to be a Customer Service Executive. She is really passionate in her job and loves to support and provide the best services to her clients. She does not do the donkey’s work, but her job is very interesting. Sometimes, she either seems to be out on a limb or does not have a cat in hell’s change of getting over problems, but with the best support of her team, every troubles are resolved easily. She loves her Shipping team and to her mind, there is not a wild goose chase at QV Trans.
